- Breast Augmentation
29 year old female interested in breast augmentation and reduction of bra fat. Had Sientra 250cc smooth round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants placed in the dual plane via inframammary incisions. The implant pockets were reinforced with Galaflex lite to stabilize the implant positions and liposuction of the bra fat areas was performed to improve the contours of the lateral breast.
