- Breast Augmentation
This is a 28 year old female who presented to my practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was a small A cup and wished to be in the C-cup range.
I felt this patient would be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery. I felt that the patient had a fairly significant asymmetry that would need to be corrected with different sized implants. I recommended silicone gel implants under the muscle for the most natural result. Due to her very small areola size, I felt that the incisions would need to be placed under the breasts in the breast fold.
In the operating room, I tried multiple different implant sizes. For the best symmetry and size, I felt that a 300cc moderate-plus profile cohesive gel implant on the left and a 250cc implant on the right provided the best match.
After surgery, the patient did very well and was extremely happy with her new, curvier figure.
