41 year old patient who presented with asymmetry and desire for revision. A deflation of her old saline implants was performed to take pressure off the skin and reduce the damage from her old implants. 400cc were removed per side. After this the patient was reconstructed with complete capsulectomies, replacement with Sientra smooth round moderate plus cohesive gel implants (350cc on the left and 410cc on the right due to asymmetry), Galaflex lite reinforcement, breast lifts and liposuction of the bra fat. She recovered well and was very pleased with her improved shape, softness and symmetry.
