- Breast Lift
The patient is a 31-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient was also noted to have grade I ptosis with low-set nipple-areola complexes. I felt a bilateral breast augmentation via inframammary incisions with a subsequent circumareolar mastopexy would give the patient the best overall results.
During surgery I placed Sientra 355cc textured round moderate profile implants in both breasts in addition to performing a circumareolar mastopexy. After surgery the patient was very happy with her improved breast appearance.
