This is a patient in her early 30's from the who came to my practice interested in correcting the changes she experienced after multiple children. Specifically, her breasts had "deflated", and her abdomen protruded as a result of multiple pregnancies. It should be noted that this patient had a pre-existing lower abdominal scar as a result of prior reconstructive surgery, not from a prior tummy-tuck.

For this patient, I recommended a combination of a breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexy (around the areola tightening) in order to minimize scarring and give her the maximim aesthetic improvement. I suggested silicone implants for the most natural result.

I also recommended a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with tightening of the abdominal wall to flatten her stomach. In addition to this, I felt she would benefit from liposuction of the flanks and thighs.

This patient had a breast augnentation with Mentor 325cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants. These were placed under the pectoralis (chest) muscles. I also performed a circumareolar tightening at the same time. This combination of procedures gave the breasts improved volume as well as a perky appearance, and brought the patient from an A-cup to a small C-cup.

With regards to the abdomen, I performed a full abdominoplasty with significant tightening of the abdominal wall to create an "internal corset". This flattened the patient's bulging abdomen and also took care of the extra skin and stretch marks. Liposuction of the flanks and thighs was also performed.

The patent healed very well after all of her surgeries, and was extremely happy with the dramatically improved appearance of her body.
