- Complex Breast Revision
This patient is a 56-year-old female who had previously undergone multiple surgeries due to problems with recurrent capsular contracture. For this surgery, I recommended implant exchange with a complete capsulectomy, repositioning the implant to a submuscular position, and placement of Strattice in order to reduce the risk of a recurrence.
After surgery, the patient's breast was softer, and her symmetry was significantly improved. She was extremely happy with the improvement in her appearance.
