- Complex Breast Revision
This patient is in her early/mid 60's who presented to my office with complaints of breasts, which were smaller than she wanted as well as desiring more fullness in the upper pole. I felt the patient would benefit from upsizing, exchange from saline to silicone and lateral and inferior pocket tightening. I felt she also might need a superomedial release as well as circumareolar mastopexies to improve the overall aesthetics of the breasts.
