- Complex Breast Revision
The patient is in her early 50's who had previously presented to my office with complaints of breasts larger than desired as well as ptosis. We had done a preoperative deflation and after this the patient wished to simply have her implant shells removed and tighten the remaining skin. Given the patient had very little volume I explained she would not have significant projection or roundness to the breasts and she was fine with this concept.
