- Breast Reduction
This patient is a 19-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breasts which were heavier and larger than desired. The patient also had significant nipple-areola asymmetry. I felt a bilateral vertical mastopexy with small reductions would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery I performed vertical (lollipop scar) reductions with 100 grams of tissue removal from the right and 123 grams from the left. She recovered quickly and was very pleased with her improved shape, size and symmetry.
