This patient is a 63-year-old female who had previously undergone a bilateral Wise pattern breast reduction in 1993. The patient subsequently had increase in breast tissue and had persistent back, neck, and shoulder issues. I felt that a revision breast reduction would benefit the patient.  During surgery I redid her anchor scar lift and removed 314 more grams from the left and 263 grams from the right.  The patient recovered nicely after surgery and was very happy with her smaller, perkier breasts.
