- Breast Reduction
This patient is a 26 year old female who presented with large, heavy and droopy breasts which did not fit her frame and caused back and shoulder discomfort. I recommended a breast reduction with an anchor scar and the patient wished to be on the smaller side of what was proportionate for her body. In surgery I performed a breast reduction with an anchor scar and 383 grams were removed from the right and 460 grams from the left. Liposuction of the bra fat area was also performed to create a better contour to the lateral breast. After surgery she recovered well and was extremely happy - especially with her elongated torso and improvement in back, neck and shoulder pain.
