This patient is a 39-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as having ptosis (drooping). I felt a bilateral breast augmentation with vertical mastopexies would give the patient the best overall results.

The patient did not wish to be too large. However, due to her wide base width I felt she would need a medium sized implant. Due to the patient's very lax and weak tissues, I also recommended textured anatomical implants for maximum stability.

Both implants were Sientra 350cc textured moderate profile classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants.  These were placed under the chest muscles and a lollipop breast lift was also performed to tighten her loose skin.  This patient recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved appearance.
