- Breast Lift with Implants
This patient is a 50-year-old female who had previously undergone bilateral saline augmentation, which had left her with laterally displaced and severely rippling breasts. I felt a bilateral complex revision with exchange from saline to larger silicone cohesive gel implants, inferior lateral pocket tightening with Strattice reinforcement, superior and medial capsulotomies, circumareolar mastopexies, power-assisted liposuction of flanks and medial thighs, and fat grafting to the breasts would give her the best overall result.
During surgery, I placed Allergan Natrelle Inspira Soft touch 560-cc full-profile cohesive silicone gel implants and performed the above-mentioned techniques (Strattice, mastopexy, lateral breast fat grafting) to improve her breast appearance and rippling. After surgery, the patient recovered quickly and was very happy with her results.
