- Breast Lift with Implants
This is a 33-year-old woman who was considering plastic surgery in Phoenix and came to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with complaints of deflated-looking breasts after childbirth. The patient wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and was very concerned with maintaining a natural look.
I recommended a combination of breast implants placed under the muscle with a circumareolar mastopexy (around the areola tightening) in order to achieve the most aesthetic, natural appearing breasts. The patient decided she wanted saline implants.
In the operating room, I placed 325 cc smooth, round, moderate-profile Mentor saline implants, overfilled to 350 cc. These were placed through the areola to minimize scarring. I also tightened the breast tissue and raised the areolas by performing a circumareolar mastopexy.
Following her Phoenix plastic surgery procedure, the patient did very well and was very happy with her perky, natural-looking breasts.
