- Male Breast/Areola Reduction
This patient is a 26-year-old male who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness in the right chest. I felt that he had essentially pure glandular tissue collection on the right side, which had been stable over a long period of time. I felt that a unilateral resection of glandular tissue would give the patient the best overall results. The glandular tissue was resected via a small areolar incision, and after surgery the patient recovered quickly and was happy with his improved symmetry.
