- Breast Lift
This 30-year-old female presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient was also noted to have mild ptosis as well as a midline which was shifted to the right of center. As a result, I felt she would need breast augmentation with likely a larger implant on the right side as well as a circumareolar mastopexy in order to improve the nipple-areola position.
During surgery I placed Sientra textured, moderate profile, classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants. On the left side, the implant was 350 cc, and on the right it was 400cc to correct for the asymmetry. I also perfomed a circumareolar mastopexy. The patient recovered well and was very happy with her results.
