This patient is a 41-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of drooping breasts, which were slightly smaller than she would want. The patient also had excess fullness in the bra fat area as well as in flanks and medial thighs. Due to the patient's weak tissues, I felt that implants would be a poor option and as a result, I recommended bilateral mastopexies with lower pole tissue resection, liposuction, and fat grafting to the upper poles.

A total of 140 cc of fat was grafted to the left breast and 120 cc to the right breast due to the small asymmetry.  The fat was harvested from the flanks and thighs.  A full breast lift with liposuction of the bra fat areas was also performed.  The patient recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her aesthetic improvements.
